Inspector Jason Kelly Says CCTV Is A Game Changer For The St Kilda Foreshore
When asked why the police were able to make 16 arrests in one night at the St Kilda Foreshore, Inspector Jason Kelly attributed it to the new section of the CCTV system that has just been switched on. This system illustrates that public safety CCTV systems are effective when they are properly designed and managed.
